As a distributor for many world-renown, well-established cooling tower part's manufacturers, all internal parts utilized in Cyrco's metal cooling towers are selectively chosen for their superior performance, durability, and long proven history of operational reliability. Our in-house, metal fabricated parts from heavier, 14 gauge, USA made metals, is just one prime example of our above standards commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Often you can't purchase the cooling tower you need for your specific application because of spacing requirements, poor water quality, chemistry, excessive suspended solids, extremely high water temperatures, or for several other complex factors. Cyrco offers solutions by custom engineering, manufacturing, and installing, splash or film fill, cross flow or counter flow cooling towers to overcome these challenges.

For new replacement metal cooling towers, our engineers can design a robust and optimal, thermal-performing cooling tower matching the footprint of the existing cooling tower's foundation. Additional cost savings often include no changes and replacement parts to the steel grillage, water distribution system piping, bolt-down anchor locations, safety railings, and other expensive components. Our custom, factory-assembled cooling towers are constructed of either 304 or 316 stainless steel framework. All incorporated metals are heavy gauge, USA made steel. Other material features of our metal factory assembled cooling towers include options such as non-corrosive, non-skid, pultruded FRP fiberglass distribution basins, basin covers, and fan decking.

Utilizing 3D design rendering software, we can engineer and manufacture a single or multi-cell, cooling tower that provides peak performance for any industrial application. Cyrco's XFS Series (Splash Fill) Cooling Towers for Heavy Particulate "Dirty Water" and/or Extremely High-Temperature Hot Water Applications

In addition to our film fill cooling towers, Cyrco's XFS Splash Fill Series are specifically designed for heavy particulate applications such as rendering plants, steel mills, and a host of other industries that produces heavy particulate, aka "dirty water", during their manufacturing process. In these conditions, film fill heat transfer media is inadequate as it quickly fouls and clogs, resulting in sub-par thermal performance and a shortened cooling tower life span due to the added stress on mechanical parts. We often see poorly choosen cooling tower designs that were not suitable for the client's application.

Our splash fill cooling towers are adaptive to accommodate different material types and design-styles of splash media. We expertly selected the most ideal splash fill based on several factors which can include particulate size, particulate density, and water temperature. Splash fill heat transfer media is also far superior to film fill when above normal hot water temperatures, over 130° F, are present.
